Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026.
This policy covers skilldev.pro, its skills catalog, and the Deslop Writing plugin published by Fabricio Telles. Our audience includes developers and users of AI skills. Privacy contact: contato@skilldev.pro.
The website and plugin are different environments
Section titled “The website and plugin are different environments”The website provides documentation and downloadable files. This version does not offer user accounts, a text-upload form, or our own AI processing service.
Deslop Writing contains text-editing instructions for an AI agent. The distributed version has no publisher-operated backend, MCP, proprietary telemetry, or mechanism that sends your writing to the publisher. We do not receive your prompts, files, original writing, or outputs simply because you install or run the plugin.
This does not mean processing is entirely local. Your chosen application and AI provider may receive prompts, files, outputs, account data, and usage information under their own settings and policies. Enabled agent tools may access files or services within the permissions you grant. Review those providers before submitting personal, confidential, or third-party data.
Data processed when visiting the website
Section titled “Data processed when visiting the website”Servers and providers delivering pages and resources may process IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages, browser and device information, referring sources, and technical data needed for delivery, security, and diagnostics. Whether logs exist and what they contain depend on infrastructure settings.
The website integrates these technologies:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): measures visits and page use. It may use cookies or identifiers and process navigation events, URLs, traffic sources, device information, and approximate location. In the current implementation, loading starts when you visit the website; the website has no built-in prior-consent mechanism. The extent of collection also depends on your browser and Google’s settings.
- Plausible, served from
stats.telles.ia.br: produces audience statistics such as visited pages, traffic sources, browser, device, and approximate location. The provider describes its standard implementation as cookieless; this does not eliminate the technical processing needed to receive a request. - Starlight local preferences: your browser may store your theme preference and announcement state in local storage. These values support the interface, do not send your writing to the publisher, and can be removed through browser settings.
- External resources: diagrams may load the Mermaid library from jsDelivr, and some pages contain external images or badges. When requesting these resources, your browser connects to the relevant provider, which may receive technical data such as your IP address. External links lead to environments governed by their own policies.
Do not put passwords, tokens, or sensitive data in URLs, navigation parameters, public issues, or support messages. URLs and content published in external environments may appear in those services’ statistics, histories, or logs.
Contact and support
Section titled “Contact and support”If you contact us, we process your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send to respond, investigate an issue, or handle a request. Avoid sending identity documents or unnecessary data. If verification is essential, we request only information proportionate to the circumstances.
GitHub discussions and issues are public according to that platform’s settings. Do not use those channels for requests containing private data.
Purposes and legal grounds
Section titled “Purposes and legal grounds”Data is used to deliver and protect the website, understand its use, improve documentation, respond to communications, comply with legal obligations, or exercise legal rights. Where Brazil’s LGPD or another data protection law applies, the legal basis depends on the operation: steps you request, legal obligations, exercising legal rights, appropriately assessed legitimate interests, or consent where required.
Reading this policy or simply accessing the website does not replace valid consent where the law requires it. This policy is neither a waiver of rights nor unrestricted permission to collect data.
Sharing and international transfers
Section titled “Sharing and international transfers”Hosting, infrastructure, analytics, and communications providers may process data needed for their services. Google and external resource providers may operate in other countries. Where applicable, international transfers must follow legally required mechanisms and safeguards.
We may also disclose information where required by law, a valid order, or the need to protect rights, within legal limits. We do not sell writing processed through Deslop Writing; we do not receive that writing through normal plugin installation or execution. If you voluntarily email it to us, it is treated as support content, not as permission to train AI.
Retention
Section titled “Retention”Data is kept for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations. Support messages may be retained while needed for assistance, security, or exercising legal rights, with necessity reviewed and deletion or anonymization where appropriate.
The actual configured retention periods for GA4, Plausible, and any infrastructure logs are not specified in this policy: they vary with service configuration and should be confirmed through the privacy contact. We do not present a provider’s default period as if it were the period configured for this website. Local preferences persist according to browser behavior and can be deleted by you.
The publisher does not retain prompts as a result of normal Deslop Writing execution. Retention by your application or AI provider is separate and governed by that provider.
Your rights and choices
Section titled “Your rights and choices”Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, sharing information, anonymization, blocking or deletion in legally provided circumstances, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent. You may also challenge processing or complain to the competent authority, such as Brazil’s ANPD.
Send requests to contato@skilldev.pro. Include the context and service involved without exposing excessive data. Some requests require proportionate identity verification; access and deletion remain subject to legal exceptions and obligations. For data held exclusively by your AI provider, GitHub, or another independent service, also use that provider’s channels.
You can control cookies, local storage, and third-party connections through your browser and extensions. Those controls may affect website features and do not replace an obligation to obtain consent where required. In your AI agent, review permissions, connected tools, and data-use and retention settings.
Security, minors, and updates
Section titled “Security, minors, and updates”We adopt technical and organizational measures proportionate to operations under our control. No system provides absolute security; this does not remove legal duties regarding protection, incident response, or required notifications.
The website is not directed at children. Minors must follow applicable law and the age requirements of their AI application, with parental or guardian supervision or authorization where required. Contact us if you suspect inappropriate processing of a child’s data.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in services or law. Material changes will be indicated on the website; fresh consent will be requested when necessary. See also the Terms of Use.
