Terms of Use
Last updated: October 1, 2026.
These terms apply to skilldev.pro, maintained by Fabricio Telles, its documentation, and, where relevant, the skills and Deslop Writing plugin distributed by the publisher. Contact: contato@skilldev.pro. Third-party services and components remain subject to their own terms and licenses.
1. Scope and mandatory rights
Section titled “1. Scope and mandatory rights”The website provides informational content and resources for developers and AI agent users. Deslop Writing is a package of text-editing instructions; it is not an AI model, does not operate its own processing backend, and does not guarantee results.
When using these resources, follow these terms to the extent legally applicable. Accessing the website is not general consent to data processing. Nothing removes non-waivable consumer, data-subject, or third-party rights. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
2. No performance or suitability warranties
Section titled “2. No performance or suitability warranties”To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, content, skills, and the plugin are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, freedom from errors, continuous availability, compatibility, or non-infringement.
Examples and documentation are not promises of productivity, revenue, search ranking, editorial approval, model performance, or any particular outcome. There is no guarantee that writing will be considered human, original, or undetectable by AI checkers. Editing does not certify authorship, ensure exclusive copyright, or remove the need to verify sources and licenses.
There is no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, or continuity for a defined period unless separately agreed or legally required. We may change or discontinue resources while respecting legal obligations and licenses already granted.
3. AI risks and human review
Section titled “3. AI risks and human review”AI models may fabricate facts, omit qualifications, reproduce biases, introduce inappropriate content, or change a text’s meaning. Deslop Writing guides editing but cannot guarantee that a model follows every instruction.
Before publishing or relying on an output, check facts, figures, quotations, names, sources, commitments, context, tone, copyright, and meaning against the original. AI-generated or edited content does not replace legal, medical, financial, security, or other professional advice. Use qualified professionals and independent controls for high-impact decisions.
You decide whether an output suits your context and remain responsible for your use, without prejudice to any legal responsibility other parties bear for their own actions.
4. Installation, permissions, and external services
Section titled “4. Installation, permissions, and external services”Review a skill’s content and source before installation. Test in a controlled environment, maintain backups, and grant only necessary permissions. An agent may read or change files, run commands, and interact with external services according to its application, tools, and your authorizations. Do not allow destructive operations, access to secrets, or production use without appropriate controls.
You are responsible for properly authorizing use of accounts, files, APIs, and third-party resources. Model, subscription, infrastructure, and external-service costs follow the relevant providers’ contracts. Installing a skill does not provide free access to those services.
We do not control independent providers’ availability, policies, security, retention, prices, or outputs. Links, badges, integrations, and mentions do not constitute endorsement, official partnership, or warranty. References to OpenAI, Codex, and other brands do not imply affiliation or approval by their owners.
5. Permitted use and submitted materials
Section titled “5. Permitted use and submitted materials”Use the resources lawfully and with authorization for the materials involved. Do not use them for fraud, deceptive impersonation, improper data exposure, copyright infringement, unauthorized access, or other unlawful activities. Follow your AI provider’s, organization’s, and publication channel’s policies as well.
You retain whatever rights you hold in your materials. Normal Deslop Writing installation or execution does not transfer your writing to the publisher or grant ownership or training rights. Messages voluntarily sent to support may be used only as necessary for assistance and the other purposes stated in the Privacy Policy.
Avoid submitting personal or confidential data to an agent without an appropriate legal basis and authorization. Do not use AI services to evade authorship disclosure requirements or other rules applicable to your context.
6. Licenses and brands
Section titled “6. Licenses and brands”Use, reproduction, modification, and redistribution of code, documentation, and skills depend on the license identified in the relevant file or repository. Specific licenses prevail over these terms regarding the rights they grant. Third-party components may have different conditions; do not assume the entire catalog has one license.
Deslop Writing is distributed with LICENSE and NOTICE files; review them before redistribution. These terms do not withdraw rights granted by an open-source license. Content or code licenses do not, by themselves, authorize presenting brands or logos as official endorsement.
7. Limitation of liability
Section titled “7. Limitation of liability”To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, business interruption, or losses resulting from reliance on AI outputs, incompatibility, third-party unavailability, or use outside applicable instructions and authorizations, where such exclusions are legally admissible.
Any liability will be determined under applicable law, causation, conduct, and each party’s actual involvement. Third-party failures are not automatically attributable to the publisher, and catalog examples or descriptions do not create additional indemnity promises or warranties.
These limitations do not exclude liability that the law prohibits excluding or limiting, including mandatory data protection obligations, consumer rights, and liability for conduct that cannot lawfully be exempted. There is no advance waiver of legally owed compensation. Risk notices do not authorize negligence or transfer the publisher’s own statutory duties to users.
8. Responsibility for one’s own violations
Section titled “8. Responsibility for one’s own violations”To the extent permitted by law, a person using the resources in violation of law or third-party rights may be responsible for damages proven to result from their own conduct. Any reimbursement claim requires proof of damage and causation and remains subject to defense rights and legal limits. This provision does not require users to indemnify the publisher for the publisher’s own acts, failures, or responsibilities.
9. Age, changes, and discontinuing use
Section titled “9. Age, changes, and discontinuing use”Follow age and legal-capacity requirements under applicable law and your AI application’s rules. Minors need parental or guardian authorization or supervision where required. The service is not directed at children.
You may stop using the website or uninstall the plugin at any time. We may proportionately restrict abusive or unlawful access within legal limits.
New versions of these terms will be dated and published on the website. Changes do not retroactively remove acquired rights or rights under licenses already granted. Information, notice, or specific acceptance requirements will be followed where applicable.
10. Applicable law and contact
Section titled “10. Applicable law and contact”These terms are interpreted under Brazilian law without excluding mandatory rules applicable to users in their jurisdiction. Disputes will be heard by the court competent under applicable law; this page does not impose a distant forum, mandatory arbitration, or waiver of consumer protection.
For questions, notices, or requests, email contato@skilldev.pro. The Portuguese and English versions are intended to reflect the same content; translation differences do not remove mandatory rights.
